This policy covers this public website only. The Justice Seek application runs on customer hardware and does not send data to us; see the security overview.
What we collect
When you use the contact form we store what you type (name, email, organization, role, interest and message), the time you sent it, and a coarse record of the sending network used to prevent abuse. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying individual visitors, and no advertising trackers.
How we use it
To reply to you and, if you ask for a demo, to schedule and run it. We do not sell or share contact details with anyone else, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.
Where it is kept
The website and the contact form are hosted on Cloudflare. Submissions are stored there and may be forwarded to our email. We delete submissions when they are no longer needed to respond to you.
Your choices
Ask us to see or delete what we hold about you at any time using the contact form or the email address in our reply.
